Encourage Fil-Am churches to consider reaching their full potential in becoming a Multi-Ethnic church.
MISSION STATEMENT
We are called to seek out those who have yet to encounter the grace of God, bringing the Gospel to the unreached and establishing thriving communities of faith wherever darkness remains. We are committed to raising up and equipping believers — rooting them deeply in God's Word so they may lead, disciple, and multiply. And in the spirit of Christ Himself, we serve the most vulnerable among us, meeting physical needs as a living expression of His boundless love and compassion.
We believe every soul carries infinite worth in the eyes of God, and no one is too far gone, too broken, or too forgotten to be found by His grace. Our hearts burn with urgency for those who have yet to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ — the neighbor next door, the stranger across the world, and everyone in between. We go beyond the four walls of the church, stepping into communities, cities, and nations with boldness and compassion, carrying the hope of the Gospel to those walking in darkness. Because Jesus left the ninety-nine to find the one — and so will we.
We believe the local church is God's primary vehicle for transformation — a beacon of hope, truth, and community in every neighborhood, city, and nation it is planted in. With intentionality and faith, we are committed to establishing new, vibrant, and multiplying churches that are deeply rooted in Scripture and passionately engaged in their surrounding communities. Every new church planted is another light turned on in the darkness, extending the reach of God's Kingdom one community at a time.
We are committed to discipling and equipping every believer with the knowledge, character, and spiritual maturity needed to walk boldly in their God-given calling. Through sound biblical teaching, mentorship, and intentional training, we raise up men and women who are not merely hearers of the Word, but doers — ready to lead, serve, and reproduce disciples who make disciples. A trained believer is a multiplied force for the Kingdom, and we will not rest until every member is equipped, empowered, and sent.
We follow the example of Jesus, who moved toward the marginalized, the hungry, and the forgotten — and we are called to do the same, meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the most vulnerable in our communities and beyond. Serving the poor is not merely a program or an outreach event; it is a reflection of God's heart, a tangible demonstration of His love made visible through acts of generosity, dignity, and compassion. We are determined to be a church that not only preaches the Good News but lives it out with open hands and open doors, ensuring that no one in our reach goes unseen, unloved, or unserved.
